As a naturopath and nutritionist, I specialise in helping women navigate changes in their bodies, from energy dips and stubborn weight gain to hormonal shifts using a personalised, whole-body approach. What many people don’t realise is that alongside my clinical work, I’ve spent decades immersed in dance and movement. For years, these passions ran side by side, until I recognised how powerful their combination truly is. Now, I bring them together to offer something more than traditional fitness. My classes are designed to support metabolism, hormones, and confidence creating a space where women can move their bodies in a way that feels good, sustainable, and genuinely enjoyable.

A LITTLE ABOUT MY DANCE BACKGROUND

I’m a passionate dancer, fitness professional, and qualified naturopath with over 20 years of experience in movement and performance.
My dance journey began at the age of five, training in jazz, tap, and ballet, before stepping into a professional career at 18 as a cabaret dancer for commercial events. At 19, I discovered Latin dance a turning point that shaped my performance career — and went on to perform in regular Latin cabaret dinner shows throughout Brisbane.

My career expanded internationally as I toured with a Latin entertainment band, performing in destinations including Bali, Taiwan, and Papua New Guinea, as well as across Queensland at iconic venues such as Sea World Resort, Hamilton Island, and Hayman Island for corporate events.
After relocating to Melbourne in 2009, I joined Dance City Productions, performing in stage shows at the Copacabana International and at high-profile events including the AFL Footy Show, AFL luncheons, Masters of Choreography, St Kilda Festival, and the Johnston Street Latin Festival. Today, while family life has taken centre stage, I continue to live and breathe dance through my high-energy Zumba and group fitness classes. Known for my infectious energy, musicality, and ability to make everyone feel welcome, I create a space where women can move their bodies, build confidence, and reconnect with joy — no dance experience required.
